This tradition has carried on through the past 20 years as the business has grown to include new owners and a great new location. Darla has owned the company since 2006. She is a Yuchi Indian and
citizen of the Muscogee C reek Nation of Oklahoma. NYTXCC is now a Native American Business.
Still using the same century old Pensylvania-Dutch recipe, these cakes have a wonderful, creamy texture that has won a featured spot on the 2003 & 2004 Food Finds Thanksgiving Specials, on the Food Network as well as being previously selected for the Neiman Marcus Catalog.
